Product Craft Masterclass for MENA’s Boldest PMs

A 40-hour intensive training program combining deep theoretical grounding with in-person hands-on practice. Designed specifically for Product Managers and Senior PMs in the MENA region, this experience blends modern PM tools, frameworks, mentorship, and personal branding to prepare professionals for the future of product leadership.

This program blends 3 virtual sessions & 3 TA led followup sessions(focused on frameworks, strategy, and systems thinking) with 2 full in-person days (focused on product execution, career growth, and high-stakes communication).

Participants work in groups on a real capstone product, culminating in a live pitch day judged by an industry panel and streamed across Prdkt+ platforms.

With only 20 seats available, this is more than just a training — it’s a career changing experience. Participants graduate with a stronger product mindset, practical tools, portfolio-ready work, and deeper community connections.

  • Amr Hamed

Chief Product Office, Host & Stay

“When I took on my first product leadership role as Head of Product, it was… a lot. I was learning a completely new industry, talking to new kinds of customers, adjusting from big, well-funded companies to a much scrappier (and more fragile) environment. On top of that, I was building a team from scratch, trying to understand the business inside out, and balancing the pressure of short-term wins with the need for long-term product strategy—all while trying to prove myself, fast. I knew I needed a coach. Someone who could challenge my thinking, hold me accountable, question how I was spending my time, and help me communicate more effectively with the board. That’s when I started working with Omar. Omar offered just that. During my first 60 days, I met Omar once a week. He asked the hard questions and gave me feedback I didn’t know I needed. A year later, I was promoted to CPO, leading a £45M ARR product portfolio. If you’re taking the next step up, Omar can help you get there without being too overwhelmed.”

  • Hossam Hashim

    Senior Product Manager, Breadfast

“Omar was one of my earliest mentors in product management, guiding me when I was just starting out and knew very little about the field. He brought a wealth of real-world knowledge and consistently shared practical, actionable insights that have stayed with me—especially his perspectives on product vision and strategy. He helped me gain confidence during my career shift journey. Beyond his expertise, Omar has always been incredibly supportive, approachable, and humble. His mentorship made a lasting impact on my growth.”

  • Salma Hassan

    AI Product Manager, Helium Health

“I was looking for mentors from Product School. I found Omar’s profile—an Egyptian guy who works for Booking.com on Location Intelligence products, based out of NL. I was proud. Omar is a great listener. He’s mindful and present despite his busy schedule. He shares stories—success and failure alike—so you can relate and believe in your own growth. He supports you not just because he’s a mentor, but because he sees the good in you. He pushes you to grow, even during hard times, and cares about your uniqueness and development. It was a true two-way communication journey—detail-oriented, encouraging, and empowering.”

  • Ahmed Tekriki

    Senior Product Manager

“I kept running into the same tough question in every product role: Is this a department-led initiative or part of the product roadmap? Who owns it? Who decides? No article or framework gave me a clear answer. So I reached out to someone who’s guided me since the start of my PM journey: Omar Sallam. He’s not the type to give you a quick answer. He challenges you to pause, go deeper, and think like a real product manager. He pointed me to ‘Transformed’ by Marty Cagan—but more importantly, taught me how to approach it. Not just to read it, but to reflect, question, and rethink how I work. That shift changed how I lead product decisions and how our team collaborates today. Omar didn’t just help me find an answer. He helped me grow into a better product thinker.”

  • Ahmed Anwar

    CXAC | CSPO | Product Enthusiast 🚀

“Omar played a key role in my transition to product management. His guidance was always thoughtful and generous, helping me see the bigger picture of the field. He emphasized building real customer value—not just features—and the importance of adaptability and fast learning. With his support, I landed a great role at one of Egypt’s top startups. I’m truly grateful for his mentorship.”

  • Mary Girgis

    PM at Platraw

"Being mentored by you was truly a transformative experience for my career. Before meeting you, I had never worked as a Product Owner, but you taught me everything I needed to know about the role—providing guidance, practical insights, and constructive feedback. I didn’t even know where to begin, and you gave me the clear direction I needed to start, grow, and eventually mentor others, just as you mentored me. I owe so much of my progress to you. Thanks Omar."
